Who we are

Mike Web Studio provides business research, supplier sourcing, local coordination and digital services in Thailand, based in Chiang Mai. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by email (see the bottom of this page).

What we do and what we don’t

We do research, verification, sourcing, coordination, on-site visits, translation and digital work.

We do not give legal, tax, accounting, visa, immigration, customs, import-licensing, investment or property-law advice. When your request needs it, we tell you and work with, or refer you to, a licensed professional, whose fees are separate.

Quotes and scope

Before any paid work starts you receive a written quote with the scope, deliverable, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we do it.

Prices exclude VAT if applicable, third-party costs (for example samples, courier, travel outside Chiang Mai and professional fees) and shipping, unless the quote says otherwise.

Payment

Jobs up to ₪1,500 are paid in full before we start. Larger projects are paid 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Digital projects over ₪10,000 are paid in three milestones. Monthly plans are paid in advance each month.

Success fees and suppliers

For sourcing projects, a success fee applies only if you order from a supplier we introduced, within 12 months of the introduction. Unless your quote says otherwise, it is 7% of the first ₪50,000 of your first order, 5% of the part between ₪50,000 and ₪200,000, and 3% of anything above ₪200,000, with a minimum fee of ₪1,500. Half of the sourcing project fee you paid is credited against it. It is paid by you. We never take commissions or other payments from suppliers.

You pay suppliers directly. We do not hold, receive or transfer money on your behalf.

What our work does and does not guarantee

Our research and verification are based on public information, direct contact and, where agreed, a visit. They help you decide; they are not a guarantee of a supplier’s quality, delivery or financial standing, and they are not credit, legal or financial advice.

On-site checks are visual and practical. They are not certified quality-control inspections; if you need one, we can coordinate with an inspection company.

Refunds and cancellation

If we can’t start the work, you get a full refund.

For a Thailand Business Check, if we can’t reach the company at all, you receive a report of what we found and 50% back.

For digital projects, the deposit is non-refundable once design work has started.

On monthly plans, unused hours roll over for one month only. The Thailand Office plan has a 3-month minimum commitment.

Confidentiality

We keep your information and product details confidential and never share them with other clients. We can sign an NDA on request.

Communication

We work mainly on WhatsApp and email and reply within one business day, Thailand time (Monday to Friday). Important decisions and quotes are confirmed in writing.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a job is the one in force when you accepted its quote.
